End of year delivery information

To make sure you get your parcel this year, we inform you in advance that from 24th December to 1st January Mystic Nails head office is closed!

The Mystic team's working schedule is as follows:

Midnight 12nd December 2022 (Monday) - last order drop-off for pre-Christmas delivery (for orders placed and paid for).

13rd December 2022 (Tuesday) - last day for parcel dispatch

23rd December 2022 (Friday) - last working day before Christmas

2nd January 2023 (Monday) - first working day of the year

It's worth bearing in mind when placing your year-end orders that to get your favourite Mystic Nails products from us this year, all you need to do is:

- place and pay for your order (excluding COD) by 20 December at the latest, and once confirmed, we'll deliver it to the courier service before Christmas.

The courier service is quite overloaded during the festive period, so thank you for your patience and taking care of your order in time!

Orders received during the festive period, i.e. between the two holidays, will be processed and dispatched on 2 January 2023 in the order of receipt.
