Important information about year-end orders

As we approach the year-end, we want to give you a timely heads-up to help ensure all your orders reach you safely and on time, keeping you satisfied during this busy season. Here are the key dates to keep in mind, allowing you to plan ahead and ensure every order is processed smoothly:

Orders placed and paid by December 11 at the latest are guaranteed for dispatch before the holiday season. The year-end period is especially busy for everyone, and this way, we can avoid delays and ensure each package arrives at its intended destination on time.

Our office and warehouse will be closed from December 23 to January 1, but of course orders can be placed during this time! We’ll start processing them on January 2.
